Prior to using DiamondCare, many of the nurses at St Paul de Chartres Residential Aged Care were concerned that the program would be hard to learn and use.

 

However, the system is so well designed that after one training session, they all immediately knew what to do and they love using it.

 

The program has cut down admin time and is so much easier than our old drug processes. We are very happy with it.

We have been using VetS8 for just over a year within the veterinary teaching hospital.  With a large number of veterinarians in a 24 hour clinic this cloud based system has greatly improved our ability to track errors and missing entries.  The program is easy to use and we have not had any problems with anyone using it after a five minute introduction.

 

I cannot imagine going back to paper based recording and would recommend this to any practice.  The value I believe will increase with the number of veterinarians and locations of S8 drugs within the practice.  The simplicity of entries, tracking stock and entering new stocks has been great.

HS8 is user friendly and intuitive. It facilitates the efficient movement of controlled drugs within the hospital.

 

Dispensing controlled drugs have become a lot faster with the implementation of HS8.

DD Book is fast and easy to use.

 

The reporting functions are also fantastic – in a matter of seconds I can look up anything in my DD history, which is a vast improvement on the old paper system.

 

Stock checks are also much easier and quicker. A great program.

We’ve had Meth D.A. for over 8 years now and it has really helped to streamline our operations. It’s easy to use, quick and reliable.

DiamondCare has completely transformed the way controlled drug administration is managed at St Andrews Village.

 

It’s much easier than managing paper drug registers.

The real time alerting functions are great too.  If there’s a stock discrepancy the Senior Nurse Manager is alerted straight away and we can investigate immediately.

I can’t recommend the program highly enough.

Vet S8 has made recording our S8 medications simple and easy.

 

From adding medication from our supplier, checking stock levels, completing balance checks and dispensing medication, Vet S8 provides an intuitive solution. Since starting to use Vet S8, I am spending less time tracking down missing entries and we no longer have dozens of paper record books clogging up valuable storage space!

 

Vet S8 is a great program and a must for any busy veterinary practitioner today.

The accounting functions in Meth D.A are amazing – we know exactly who owes what at any given time which saves time and hassle.

 

Being able to check the exact time and date a customer is dosed is also very handy.

 

We can pull reports on just about anything which is fantastic and has further improved efficiencies within our pharmacy.

HS8 is easy and quick to use and we no longer need to take the big bulky WOW into the drug room.

 

It’s easy to navigate and I like how it notifies us if the count is incorrect by highlighting red.

 

Repeating an earlier dose is easier thanks to prefilled fields.

DD Book has been a great time saver for my pharmacy, especially with Minfos integration. I’d recommend it to anyone.
